Default LODD- Andrew Brake, Heavy Equipment Operator, Cal Fire

Quote:
A Cal Fire heavy equipment mechanic has become the eighth person to die in the Carr Fire. He died in a fiery wreck after the truck he was driving crashed into a tree and burst into flames.

According to The Sacramento Bee, Andrew Brake, 40, from Chico, was killed Thursday morning after a crash on Highway 99. According to reports from the California Highway Patrol, Brake was headed north on the road that made a slight curve to the left and he “failed to maintain his path.”
